How it Works
Outdoors, nature eliminates odors and microorganisms using both UV light and O3. Indoors, most places that generate odors receive very little UV light or O3. Our purifying system creates O3, or ozone, in a special process that utilizes an electrical current. Ozone sanitizes by breaking down odors, microorganisms and other pollutants at their source.
Nature creates O3 as a natural cleaner during thunderstorms, and also from sunlight striking the earth’s atmosphere. As an example, we’ve all taken a walk after a thunderstorm and experienced the clean, fresh smell in the air. That's O3, or ozone, at work.
Ozone is oxygen (O2) with an extra oxygen atom (03). It reverts back to oxygen (O2) in less than an hour. This leaves the air fresh and clean, with no artificial odors, as nature intended. So the space becomes free of odors. Which means for maximum effectiveness it must be manufactured "on site" for specific applications. This also means it doesn't build up by "soaking into the walls," so to speak.
Pricing Every space with odors tends to be somewhat unique. The source of the odor, as well as how deeply embedded it has become, is just as important as the actual size of the space. Some areas can be treated in a short period of time, whereas other areas of the same size will take longer.
